Health and Social Care Training

In autumn 2008 FANE developed a course to assist unemployed/ jobseekers to gain employment in the Health/Care professions. Written around the Care Induction Standards the course helps employers to meet their mandatory requirements in areas such as First Aid/Moving and Handling, H&S, Infection Control, Safe Handling of Medicines, Principles of Care, Care Planning etc

The wealth of experience of the FANE staff brings the course content to life- unlike  on many similar courses- our staff have been there, done it and lived to tell the tale!- They have the qualifications and real life skills that make the difference, in recognition of this Fane Ltd have recently recieved an award from Working Links for the delivery of this programme across Tees Valley, Durham, South tyneside and Wear Valley

It can be run as a full 10 day course- or as a shorter bespoke intervention for specific employers.

The course is currently ESF Funded and as such can usually be accessed by jobseekers and employers free of charge through our partner Working Links

We are in the process of securing Endorsed status for this course through International Awarding Body EDI
